How We Got Here
Years ago, our beloved Emerson Farm and Market Garden was home to --that's right-- alpacas! Although we loved to visit these animals, our family resided 35 minutes away from the property, separating us more & more from the farm as our life became that of a busy young family.
As time went by, our love for nature, sustainability, and real, good food increased, and we realized that we needed to utilize this land the way it deserves. So, with the help of our educated and experienced farm and operations managers, we got to work transitioning it into an educational and sustainable agricultural destination for those looking for a return to simpler times.
